ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER SESSIONS

This is a one-hour session where we discuss goals you are struggling to accomplish on a regular basis, which may change each time we meet. I will give you homework related to what you are seeking to complete and we will check in with each other at our next meeting so I can continue to encourage you with your goals. There is a $50 per hour charge for this service.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PARTNER SESSIONS

Along with Accountability Partner, I am also offering Emotional Support Partner services, for those who need extra support for difficult tasks, such as making a phone call, writing a necessary email/letter, or visiting someone in a nursing home. It’s also called Body Doubling. There is a $50 per hour charge for this service.
